Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Cognitiveclouds programs and consultations confirmed through an offline enrollment note. The website itself does not collect payments.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one self-paced module and have not attended a live session. After that window, partial refunds may be considered as described below.

Full refunds

Full refunds are available when Cognitiveclouds cancels a program, when a Team Briefing Day is postponed by more than 30 days without a mutually agreed date, or when the 14-day unused-access condition above is met.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after accessing two or more modules but before the midpoint of a live cohort, we may refund 40% of the program fee. Orientation Hour fees are refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled call.

Non-refundable items

Custom scenario packs already prepared for a Team Briefing Day, completed Orientation Hours, and downloadable worksheets marked as final deliverables are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email info@cognitiveclouds.digital with your enrollment reference, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and ask for any missing details.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary by your institution.

Cancellation by Cognitiveclouds

If we must cancel due to facilitator illness or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay goodwill adjustments on future enrollments.
