Data we process

We process contact details you submit (name, email, optional topic, message content), technical logs necessary to operate the site, and cookie preference choices stored in your browser. Please avoid sending detailed medical diagnoses or third-party health data through the public contact form.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiries to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in operating an educational practice). Essential cookies support security and basic functionality (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies run only if you accept them (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention

Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing enrollment or legal obligation. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie consent records in localStorage remain until you clear site data.

Processors and sharing
